If you have tried some basic troubleshooting, or if you are experiencing an issue that you can consistently reproduce, please email, or message us directly inside Figma by clicking the ? in the lower right corner of the Canvas and choosing Contact Us. 

When you contact us, please include the following information:

  • Are you on Windows or macOS?
  • Are you using Figma's desktop app or the web app?
  • If you are using the web app, what browser and browser version? 
  • A few screenshots of what you're seeing, or a short video/GIF of the behavior
  • Clear steps for us to reproduce the behavior
  • Include any errors you noticed in the Console section of the Developer Tools
