Add a Member to your Organization
There are many ways to add a Member or Guest to the Organization:
- Invite the Member to a specific Team
- Invite a Guest to a specific Team, File or Project
- The Member joins the Organization using their Company Email (Domain Capture)
- Add a new Member via SAML SSO. Links to third-party documentation:
Note: Any member of an Organization can invite someone to a Team. The Member who sent the invitation's access will determine the new members access level. For example: if a Team Member is invited by a Viewer they will also be given " Can View" access. If they are invited by an Editor they can be given either "Can View" or "Can Edit" access.
Once the Member or Admin has been given Can Edit access to a team, they will be included in your billing. Learn more about new member billing in our Manage your Quarterly True-Up article.
