Update your Organization's Billing Contact
Who can use this feature?
- Users on the Figma Organization plan.
- Only Organization Admins can update the Billing Contact.
Admins are Members that have extra administrative rights within the Organization. Any Organization Admin can grant Admin access to another Member.
Every Organization will have a Billing Contact. This is the email address that we send any billing notifications to.
This includes notifications around your Quarterly True-up or outstanding invoices.
You can add any email address as your Billing Contact. This doesn't have to be someone who is a Member or Admin of the Organization.
- Open the Admin Console and go to the Billing tab.
- Next to the Billing Contact, click the Update button:
- Enter the new email address in the field and click Save to apply.
