Cancel your Professional plan subscription to downgrade to a free Starter team. You'll need to cancel your subscription before you can delete a team on the Professional plan. You can still access your team files and projects until the end of your billing period.
At the end of your billing period, Figma will downgrade your team to a free Starter team. In a Starter team, you can create up to 3 FigJam files and 3 Figma design files with a maximum of 3 pages per design file. You can also invite as many editors or viewers as you want.
If you want to continue using Figma on the free Starter team, we recommend that you use this time to:
- Manage and remove extra projects
- Download copies of your account invoices
- Move files to another team or into your drafts
- Delete your team (if required)
Note: If you have more than 3 files when you're downgraded, Figma will prevent you from being able to edit your files. To edit those files, move them to your drafts or another team. Learn how to move files and projects →
If for any reason you’re unhappy with Figma, please let us know. Contact us via the inside the app, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Give us a detailed account of what happened, and we’ll work with you to make sure you have the best experience possible.
