If you believe your content on Figma was mistakenly removed or disabled by a DMCA takedown request, you have the right to contest the takedown by submitting a counter-notice to Figma. The form below includes the information Figma needs in order to process a counter-notice to a DMCA takedown request. If you submit a counter-notice using this form, we will review it and contact you with any questions. Otherwise, if your counter-notice is complete and valid, we will forward the information you provided to the person who filed the complaint. If they do not notify us within 10-14 business days that they have filed a lawsuit against you, we will take steps to restore the content that we removed or disabled. Under Section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act “(DMCA)”, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification may be liable for damages.
