You can change properties of the text object (e.g. font face or line height) in two ways:
- Select one or more text objects and change the property to apply it to all characters in the selected text objects, or
- Double-click on a text object to enter text edit mode. Once there, you can select a subset of the text either using your cursor (click and drag) or the keyboard (e.g. SHIFT + RIGHT ARROW) and change properties for just that subset.
Text transforms such as Upper Case are available in the Text menu. For text decorations, either use the Text menu or the COMMAND + U shortcut for underlining.
