Stuff happens! 

We're always happy to take a closer look, but here are few things to consider:

  • Figma only supports released versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. We don't support beta or developer versions. If you're using Figma in your browser (and not the desktop app), please make sure you are running the most recent version of your preferred browser. 
  • Do you have WebGL enabled?  Read more about that here
  • If you're using Figma on a Windows machine, our app only installs on the 64-bit version of Windows. If you're seeing an error message and you can't install our desktop app on your Windows machine, this could be why.
  • Are you behind a firewall? Maybe at work? Try opening your files at home and see if you can load them.
