When you contact us, please include the following information:

  • Are you on Windows or macOS?
  • Are you using Figma's desktop app, or the web app?
  • If you are using the web app, what browser and browser version? 
  • A few screenshots of what you're seeing, or a short video/GIF of the behavior
  • Clear steps for us to reproduce the behavior
  • Include any errors you noticed in the Console section of the Developer Tools
