Draft presenter notes with Figma AI
You can use Figma AI to draft presenter notes for any slide with written content. You can then edit and refine the presenter notes so that they fit the tone of your presentation.
To draft presenter notes:
- In slide view, select a slide with at least one text layer that does not have any presenter notes.
- In the Presenter notes field, click Start with a draft.
If you don’t see the Start with a draft option and you selected a slide with at least one text layer, your admin may have disabled AI for your team or organization. Contact your admin for assistance.
View notes while presenting
- Open the deck you want to present.
- Click Present in the right sidebar.
- Select Present + Notes.
A new tab opens with your presenter notes visible and a new window opens that displays your presentation in an audience view.
Tip: If you’re sharing your screen using a video conferencing tool, make sure to set the screen share to the audience view window so your audience has an uninterrupted view of your presentation.
Edit notes while presenting
You can modify presenter notes while in presentation view with notes visible. Click inside the presenter notes field to edit existing notes or add new ones.
