Anyone with can edit
access to a slide deck can edit layers
You can select multiple layers across your slide deck and apply the same edits to them in bulk. Use this to save time while updating your presentations.
Edit layers in bulk
You can select multiple slides or layers within slides via the canvas or the Layers section in the left sidebar. You can also bulk select matching layers.
Once you’ve selected layers, you can edit them at the same time. The options available depends on the mode you’re using and the on the layer types you have selected.
In design mode, you can also change the alignment of multiple layers by holding Shift and clicking one of the alignment buttons in the right sidebar. This will align the layers to the layout grid of their respective slides.
Note: You cannot edit live interactions in bulk.
Multi-edit text
You can update the content of multiple text layers at the same time. This is useful for quickly updating text that repeats throughout your presentation, such as text within the header or footer.
- Select more than one text layer.
- Click Multi-edit text at the top of the right sidebar and begin typing. All selected text layers will update to match.
