If you come across content in Figma that violates our Community Guidelines, you can use our abuse reporting form to let us know.
You can use this form to report:
- Harmful, harassing, or abusive content
- Spam or misleading materials
- Inappropriate or explicit content
- Security or safety concerns
The form is available anywhere you interact with Figma, as well as on a standalone page:
How to report abuse
You can report content directly from within Figma, or by using the standalone form.
Report from Figma
- Open the file, prototype, or resource where you found the issue.
- Click the question mark icon in the bottom-right of the screen.
- Select Report abuse.
- Choose the type of issue and if prompted, include the URL of the content.
- Add any additional details that can help us investigate.
- Enter your email address and confirm the report is accurate.
- Click Submit Abuse Report.
From the standalone page
If you can’t access the in-product report option, go to figma.com/report-abuse and fill out the form.
You’ll need to include:
- The URL of the content you’re reporting
- A brief description of the issue
- Your email address
What happens after you report
Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action based on the type and severity of the issue.
We may remove or restrict access to reported content if it violates our policies.
We may not provide updates on the outcome of every report, but rest assured that all submissions are reviewed carefully.
What this form doesn’t cover
The abuse reporting form does not handle:
- DMCA takedown requests
- Copyright infringement
- Trademark concerns
