No. Figma is not upgrading users in Russia from a Professional plan to an Organization plan at this time.
Users in Russia on a free Starter plan can't upgrade to any paid accounts under Figma’s new policy.
I can’t use my Visa or Mastercard for payment. Can Figma extend the payment due date for my account?
Figma is not extending payment due dates for users in Russia, or making other payment arrangements at this time.
Can you help me add editors to my account?
Figma is not providing teams in Russia with sales support right now. If you are an existing customer in Russia, we are not making changes to your account access at this time.
Will Figma freeze my account?
