Use activities to present files
Google Meet is a communication app allowing individuals and teams to connect, collaborate, and engage in real-time. Use Google Meet to conduct video conferences, share screens, and integrate seamlessly with other Google services.
You can use activities to present Figma Design files, prototypes, or FigJam boards, and interact with them without leaving Google Meet.
- FigJam boards: Collaborate and access all the functionality of FigJam boards. For those with edit access, you can explore, create, and edit FigJam boards as you normally would.
- Figma Design files: Present Figma Design files and prototypes without using screen-sharing. Prototypes are view and comment-only, even for people who have edit access to the file. You can click Open in Figma to open the file and edit from the web or desktop app.
Note: To allow others to see or interact with a file, you may need to adjust the file's sharing and permissions. FigJam files also have the option to start an open session to temporarily invite anyone to edit the FigJam file, including those without Figma accounts.
