Get product or account support
Support starts in the Support Hub with instant help from Fig, our AI-powered Support chatbot. Fig can provide instant answers about Figma’s products, billing, and account settings, as well as connect you to the next best step for help from the Figma Support team:
- If you're on a Starter or Figma for Education plan and need direct support, we'll move the conversation to the Forum to connect with a member of our Support team
- If you’re on a Professional, Organization, or Enterprise plan and need direct support, we’ll move the conversation to email with our Support team
Instant answers with Fig for all plans
You can chat with Fig from our Support Hub or from within Figma by selecting the question mark icon in the bottom-right corner of any page and selecting Contact support.
Please note that Fig is currently only available in English.
Figma Support Forum for all plans
The Figma Support Forum is your place to find answers to questions, share feedback, and connect with knowledgeable members of the Figma community. The Figma Support Forum is available to everyone, regardless of account type or plan.
To get help in the Forum, follow this link to post your topic. In addition to getting helpful tips from our Figma community, the Figma Community Support team will ensure you get helped quickly.
Email support for Professional, Organization, or Enterprise plans
Email support is available to those on a Professional, Organization, and Enterprise plan. Figma does not offer support via phone or live chat with the support team.
You can connect with the Figma Support team from our Support Hub or from within Figma by selecting the question mark icon in the bottom-right corner of any page and selecting Contact support. Our AI Support chatbot, Fig, will help gather details to connect you with a Support team member via email for further help.
Tip: When opening a support case, please log in and switch to your Professional, Organization, or Enterprise plan account. Learn how to switch between team and organization spaces.
If you’re unable to access your account entirely, you can submit a request. To allow us to investigate and respond swiftly, make sure to share the email address registered to your Figma account.
The Figma Support team is available Monday through Friday (excluding observed company holidays). In addition to English, Figma email support is available in Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, French, and German.
