Support for Professional, Organization, and Enterprise plans
Email support is available to those on a Professional, Organization, and Enterprise plan. Figma does not offer support via phone or live chat with the support team.
You can connect with the Figma Support team from our Support contact page or from within Figma by selecting the question mark icon in the bottom-right corner of any page and selecting Contact support.
Tip: Since email support is reserved for those on a Professional, Organization, or Enterprise plan, please navigate to your paid plan account before submitting a support case. Learn how to switch between team and organization spaces.
If you’re unable to access your account entirely, you can submit a request. To allow us to investigate and respond swiftly, make sure to share the email address registered to your Figma account.
The Figma support team is available Monday through Friday, with the exception of any observed company holidays. In addition to English, Figma Support is available in Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, and French though longer wait times may apply.
