Streamline your work and add data, text, and images to your board with the import and paste functions.
Import from CSV
We all know and love spreadsheets for their ability to gather and organize large amounts of data, but they're not the best place to sort and discuss their contents as a team. FigJam's CSV import function lets you bring all that good stuff currently trapped in cells to your board in the form of stickies.
For example, imagine you have a form your customers fill out to provide product feedback that's gathered in a spreadsheet. You can import the file to your board and turn every response into its own sticky note, then discuss, color code, stamp, and sort them as a team over an Audio call.
To import a CSV, drag and drop the file into your board or:
- Click in the top toolbar.
- Go to File > Import from CSV.
- Select a CSV file and click Open.
You can also copy and paste cells right from a spreadsheet to your board.
When the import is complete, the data in the CSV cells are converted into stickies. FigJam will add your name to stickies created from a file you import.
Note: You can import up to 1500 cells of data at a time. If your CSV file contains more than the limit, you can copy and paste the maximum amount at a time.
Give your team the bigger picture by adding images to your board. FigJam supports PNG, JPG, GIF, TIFF, or WEBP image formats. GIFs can also be added to your board, but they won't be animated.
To add images, drag and drop them into the board or click and select from there.
Paste from Figma design
You can import cool stuff to your FigJam board by copy and pasting it. This includes text, images, and contents of another FigJam board or Figma design file.
