Both members and guests can be assigned to a workspace. Only members can browse or select a workspace.
Workspaces are groups of teams, people, and resources within an organization. They could be groups, departments, product areas, or business units.
Organization admins can allow members to select their own workspace. You'll usually only need to do this once. You can still browse teams, libraries and resources from other workspaces.
When you next log in, you'll see a Select workspace window:
Next to Workspace: click Select your workspace .
- Select the workspace that suits.
- If your workspace isn't listed, select My workspace isn't listed.
- If you're not sure which workspace you belong to, select I don't know my workspace.
Click Submit to select your workspace. Figma will take you to the organization workspace you selected. Explore your organization →
