Who can use this feature
Available on the Professional, Organization, and Enterprise plans
Admins only
When a user is removed from your plan, any drafts they created in the team or organization are collected into a new folder in Admin. To prevent important work from getting lost, admins can access and manage these drafts.
More details:
- On the Organization and Enterprise plans, any guests removed from your organization will also get their drafts moved to Admin
- If you upgrade from the Starter plan to the Professional plan, drafts from any previously removed users will be available in Admin
- If someone shares a draft before they are removed, the people invited to the file can keep viewing and editing it
Manage unassigned drafts
Admins can move individual drafts into a folder—or their entire drafts folder into a team—so other people can pick up where the original draft creator left off. You can also permanently delete the removed users’ folder or files.
Move the unassigned folder to a team
Moving the folder into a team automatically gives everyone in the team access to it. Whether people can view or edit the folder’s files depends on their team-level permissions.
Moving an unassigned folder to your team is not currently supported on the Professional plan.
