Request a refund for a Community resource
Note: This article is for refunding resources purchased using Figma's payment platform. If you purchased a resource from a different site, you’ll need to contact the creator about their refund policy. Learn more about purchasing Community resources →

You can request an automatic refund within 24 hours of purchasing a resource that was sold with a one-time payment.
Plugin subscriptions are not refundable but you can cancel the subscription to prevent it from being automatically renewed. When you cancel a subscription, you can still access the plugin until the end of the current billing cycle. Learn more about managing plugin subscriptions →
Request a refund within 24 hours
- From the file browser, click your avatar in the top-left corner.
- Select Settings from the account menu.
- Select the Community tab.
- Under Community purchases, locate the resource you want to refund.
- From the options dropdown, select Request refund.
- Select a reason for requesting the refund.
- Click Confirm.
Refunds take five to ten business days to appear on your account.
Note: You can also access the Request refund option on the resource’s Community page.
Request a refund after 24 hours
You may request a refund after the 24 hour window has closed. However, requests made after 24 hours are subject to Figma's discretion.
- From the file browser, click your avatar in the top-left corner.
- Select Settings from the account menu.
- Select the Community tab.
- Under Community purchases, locate the resource you want to refund.
- From the options dropdown, select Get support.
- Under request type, select Request a refund.
- Fill out the remaining fields.
- Click Send.
If your refund request is approved, you’ll receive the refunded amount in five to ten business days. If your request was denied, you will be notified by email.
