We announced a number of new features and products this year! As an admin, you might have questions about how these features relate to your organization, who can get access to certain beta features, and how to bring them into your organization. Figma Draw generally available
Figma Draw lets you access illustration tools like brushes, transformations, and textures, directly inside a Figma Design file.

Is Figma Draw available in other Figma products?
Figma Draw is available in Figma Design, and is accessed by clicking the Draw icon in the toolbar.
In Figma Slides, Figma Buzz, and Figma Sites, you can use some Figma Draw tools to add illustrations to your decks, boards, and websites:
Grid open beta
Grid is a new option within auto layout that allows users to create two dimensional layouts like galleries, bento boxes and common web layout patterns. Use grid to build responsive layouts that flow both horizontally and vertically.

Grid is available in Figma Design and Figma Sites. You can also access grid from design mode in Figma Slides and Figma Buzz.
Figma Buzz open beta
Before you start
Who can use this feature
Figma Buzz is in open beta.
While in beta, Figma Buzz will be free for everyone. Once Figma Buzz is out of beta, it will be included on the Full, Dev, and Content seats, in addition to our free Starter plan. We’ll notify you before that happens.
Template publishing available on paid plans.
Figma Buzz enables brand designers to create and share on-brand assets, so teammates can grab what they need, when they need it. Figma Buzz's simple design editor lets marketers or other teams create the assets they need quickly.
Use Figma Buzz to make assets such as social media posts, digital ads, event materials, and more.

How much will Figma Buzz cost?
While in beta, Figma Buzz will be free for everyone. Once Figma Buzz is out of beta, it will be included on the Full, Dev, and Content seats, in addition to our free Starter plan. We’ll notify you before that happens
I am on a Figma for Education or Figma for Government plan. Can I use Figma Buzz?
Figma Buzz is available on Education plan accounts. However, Figma AI features are not currently available for Education plan accounts from within Figma Buzz.
Figma Buzz is not available for Figma for Government.
Are AI features available in Figma Buzz?
Yes, AI features are available to users on paid plans.

As an admin, you can choose to disable access to AI features for your team or organization.
Figma Sites open beta
Before you start
Who can use this feature
Figma Sites is in open beta.
While in beta, Figma Sites is available on all paid plans, with a limited Starter plan experience coming soon.
Requires a Full seat to edit and publish site files. Users with Dev, Collab, or View seats can view site files.
As an admin, choose to enable or disable Figma Sites publishing.

Figma Sites FAQ
Which seat types have access to Figma Sites?
In Figma, a user’s seat type determines which Figma products and functionalities they can access.
- A Full seat is required to edit and publish site files.
- Users with Dev, Collab, or View seats can view site files.
When can my team start publishing sites?
During the beta, we're gradually enabling publishing capabilities. If you currently can't publish your site, this feature will become available soon. On the Organization and Enterprise plans, organization admins also have the ability to disable site publishing from their settings.

Are there limits to how many websites my team can publish with Figma Sites?
There are no limits on published websites.
Does Figma Sites support custom domains?
Yes, Figma Sites supports custom site domains. During the beta, custom domains are free of charge through 2025. Organization and Enterprise plans can connect as many custom domains as needed, and Professional plans can connect 10 custom domains. Custom domain limits are subject to change after 2025.
Can I buy additional Figma Sites bandwidth and storage?
We do not support purchasing additional bandwidth or storage at this time, but we are offering higher limits on bandwidth and storage free of charge through 2025.
You will be able to purchase additional bandwidth or storage in early 2026.
I am on a Figma for Education or Figma for Government plan. Can I use Figma Sites?
Figma Sites is not currently available for Education plan or Figma for Government accounts.
Are AI features available in Figma Sites?
Yes, AI features are available to users on paid plans.

As an admin, you can choose to disable access to AI features for your team or organization.
As an admin, can I disable Figma Sites publishing for my team?
By default, anyone with a Full seat can publish a site to the web using Figma Sites. On the Organization and Enterprise plans, organization admins have the ability to disable site publishing from their settings.

Figma Make open beta

Who can use this feature
Figma Make is in open beta.
While in beta, Figma Make is available on all paid plans.
Requires a Full seat.
As an admin, choose to enable or disable Figma Make publishing.
Figma Make is an AI-driven, prompt-to-code tool that lets you bring ideas and existing Figma designs to life as functional prototypes, web apps, and interactive UI.

Who has access to Figma Make?
Figma Make will be rolling out to users with a Full seat on paid plans starting on May 7, 2025. Figma Make is only available to teams or organizations who have AI features enabled. Admins can toggle AI features on and off from their admin settings.
Figma Make is rolling out in the coming weeks on a team or organization basis, meaning it will become available to everyone in the team at the same time.
Is usage limited?
While in beta, Figma Make is offered as part of the Full seat with no additional costs. Usage limits will be in place and are subject to change. We will let you know in the product once you’ve exceeded your usage limit for a given period, and when your limit will reset.
Once Figma Make is generally available, you will be able to purchase access to higher limits.
As an admin, can I disable Figma Make publishing for my team?
If you are an Organization or Enterprise admin, you will see a toggle in settings to turn website and app publishing on or off.

Figma AI updates open beta

Figma AI tools are in open beta.
Available on all paid plans.

At Config 2025, we announced the following AI tool updates:

- Improved output quality and removed the need to have auto layout enabled to replace content

Each Figma product has an assortment of available AI tools. To see a chart of each AI tool by product, check out the About Figma AI article.
Yes. Admins can control whether their teams use AI features and whether they participate in content training.
- By default, Starter and Professional teams are automatically opted in to AI features and content training settings. Admins of teams can opt in or out of either of these settings at any time.
- By default, Organization and Enterprise plans are automatically opted in to AI features, but are automatically opted out of content training settings. Admins of teams or organizations can opt in or out of either of these settings at any time.

AI features and settings will not be enabled for users who are a part of a Figma for Education plan or Figma for Government plan.
Templates and tools
Before you start
Who can use this feature
Available on any plan for users with any seat.
As an admin on the Organization or Enterprise plan, choose whether or not users in your team or organization can access Community resources in the Templates and tools tab.
Use the new Templates and tools tab to find resources from your organization or the Community right in the file browser.
The Templates and tools tab includes:

FigJam templates, Figma Slides templates, and Figma Buzz templates
- These can be internal templates published by your team or organization (paid plans only), or Community templates
- Plugins
- Widgets

Templates and tools FAQ
Yes, on the Organization and Enterprise plans.
From the Admin > Settings > Resources menu, admins can toggle off visibility of Community resources in the Templates and tools tab.
The toggle will be on by default. If an admin turns it off:
- Users will see an empty state in the “From Community” section of their Templates and tools tab. They’ll only be able to see internal templates and resources.
- Users will still be able to access the Community directly.

Coming soon: the Content seat announcement
We also announced an upcoming new seat type: the Content seat. The Content seat gives users access to Figma Buzz, Figma Sites CMS (coming soon), Figma Slides, and FigJam. We’ll let you know once the Content seat is available.

Content seat FAQ
The content seat is for Marketing, Sales, and other go-to-market functions who have a need to create and edit content or brainstorm and present projects and plans.
When generally available, the Content seat will be available on all plans from Starter to Enterprise, with more functionality unlocked on higher plans.
