Who can use this feature
Admins are available on all plans. The types of admins available depend on your plan.
Admins are members of a Figma plan with elevated privileges. They can perform administrative actions that other members can't, such as controlling billing and configuring plan-wide settings.
Every Figma plan has at least one admin.
On the Organization and Enterprise plans, there are multiple admin types, each scoped to a different level of the organization.
Admins on Starter and Professional plans
On the Starter and Professional plans, team admins manage the plan and its members. All admins share the same level of access.
Admins on these plans can:
- Grant admin access to other members
- Adjust permissions for members
- Remove a person's access to the plan
- Update the plan name and icon
- Set the handle for the plan's Community profile
- Delete the plan
- Restore a deleted plan
On the Professional plan, admins also handle libraries and billing:
- Manage default libraries
- Manage user seats
- Set seat approval settings
- View and manage billing
- View and download invoices

Billing group admins
Supported on the Enterprise plan only.
Billing groups let you sort people in your organization by internal budget sources. Billing group admins can:
