- Anyone with

Tables help you organize, synthesize, and structure information on your FigJam board. Multiple people can edit and collaborate on tables at the same time.
Use tables for:
- Bringing data to team meetings—you can start from scratch, or copy and paste data from external spreadsheets
- Organizing items in an easy-to-read format
- Tracking project status and milestones

Note: You can add text and stamps to individual cells. Other objects (such as stickies, shapes, or widgets) can be layered on top of tables, but do not anchor to the table if you move it or export it.

- Copy the cells from your spreadsheet.
- Click an empty spot on the canvas to deselect any objects.
- Press ⌘ Command + V (Mac) or Ctrl + V (Windows) to paste the spreadsheet on your board.
Tip! Not all spreadsheets work the same. If you’re having issues pasting a spreadsheet from the program you’re using into FigJam, try exporting the spreadsheet to a .csv file and then importing it into your FigJam file.
Copy and paste between FigJam tables
You can also copy and paste between two FigJam tables.
- Select the cell(s), row(s), or column(s) from the first table.
- Press ⌘ Command + C (Mac) or Ctrl + C (Windows) to copy.
-
Select the cell(s), row(s), or column(s) where you want to paste the content in the second table.
Note: If you select the entire table (rather than specific cells, rows, or columns), a new table is created when you paste.
- Press ⌘ Command + V (Mac) or Ctrl + V (Windows) to paste.
Copy and pasting between tables carries over any text formatting. Pasted content will replace any previous content.
If the number of cells you copy is greater than the number of cells in the second table, additional rows/columns will be added to the table when you paste to accommodate the additional items.
