    Disable cursor chat

    Who can use this feature

    Available on the Enterprise plan.

    Organization admins only.

    By default, people can send messages in Figma Design and FigJam files using cursor chat.

    Figma doesn’t keep a record of these messages, so turning off cursor chat can help regulated customers use Figma in a way that meets their compliance needs.

    Disable cursor chat

    When cursor chat is disabled, users won’t be able to start a cursor chat in both Figma Design and FigJam files.

    1. From the file browser, select Admin.
    2. Select the Settings tab.
    3. Under Other, find Cursor chat and move the toggle to the off position.
