Download a list of teams in a workspace or organization

You can review your organization's teams by downloading a list as a CSV file. This is useful if you have many teams and want to find out which ones are active or which ones you might want to remove.

In the download, you’ll get the following information about each team:

• Team name
• Name of the team owner
• Email address of the team owner
• Date the team was last active*
• Number of projects in the team
• Number of members who have joined the team
• Access setting of the team
• Name of the workspace the team is in**

*The last active date shows the most recent event in the Activity log for the team. For example, the last time someone viewed a file in the team.

**On the Organization plan or the Enterprise plan without workspaces, the workspace name is Unassigned.

Download a list of teams in the organization

1. From the file browser, click Admin.
2. Select the Content tab, then click Teams.
3. Click Get CSV.

Download a list of teams in a workspace

The download includes all teams assigned to the workspace, plus all Unassigned teams in the organization.

1. From the file browser, click Admin.
2. Select the relevant workspace in the sidebar.
3. Switch to the Teams tab.
4. Click Get CSV.
