Manage your billing details
Who can use this feature
Supported on Professional, Organization, and Enterprise plans.
Only organization admins can manage billing for an organization.
Only team admins can manage billing for a team on the Professional plan.
View billing history
- Open the team in the file browser.
- Click the Billing tab.
- Find the invoice you want to download in the list. The most recent invoice is at the top.
- Click the View invoice link to open the invoice in Stripe.
- Click the View invoice details to view a detailed invoice.
- Click Download to save a copy of the invoice.
View details of the annual subscription, view and export previous invoices, and see the expected balance of any upcoming true-ups.
- Select Admin Settings in the file browser.
- Select Billing at the top of the page.
- Find the invoice you want to download in the list. The most recent invoice is at the top.
Add custom information to your invoices
In some cases, you may need to add extra information to your invoices, such as a Trading Name, Company, Address or Tax ID.
If you need additional information to appear on your invoices, please contact our support team and include the information you’d like to appear on your invoice. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Change payment method
Update a credit card
- Click on the team in the file browser.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Click Change payment method.
- Enter the new credit or debit card details in the fields provided.
- Click Use this card to update.
Note: Figma supports payment by credit card on the Professional plan. Payment via Paypal, ACH or wire transfer isn’t currently available.
To update the credit card on file, please get in touch with our support team.
Switch to invoicing
Figma supports payment via invoice on the Organization and Enterprise plan.
If your organization meets the minimum criteria, you can switch to payment by invoice. If you’d like to pay by invoice, please get in touch with our support team.
Add or update a billing contact
In Figma, billing contacts receive all billing updates and notifications.
By default, Figma sets the owner of the team as the billing contact. If you want billing reminders to go to someone else, you can update the billing contact. This person doesn’t need to have a Figma account.
- Click on the team in the file browser.
- Select the Billing tab.
- Under the Invoices sent to heading, click Change billing contact.
- Enter the email address in the field provided.
- Click Submit to update your billing contact.
Companies on the Organization or Enterprise plans can add multiple billing contacts. Figma sends billing notifications, such as notifications for true-ups or outstanding payments, to every billing contact.
You can add anyone's email address as the billing contact. This includes people without Figma accounts, as well as email aliases like accounting@figma.com. However, only organization admins can manage new paid seats or review quarterly true-ups.
To add or remove billing contacts:
- Select Admin settings in the file browser.
- Select Billing at the top of the page.
- Under Billing contacts, click Change contacts.
- Add or remove email addresses for your billing contacts, separated by a comma.
- Click Submit when finished.
