Enterprise plan billing
The Enterprise plan uses an annual subscription with quarterly invoices. Your subscription cost is based on the number of Full, Dev, and Collab seats. View seats are free.
Note: Billing is separate from permissions. A paid seat gives someone access to Figma products, while permissions determine what they can do in specific files or projects.

Enterprise plan permissions
In Figma organizations, you can share resources at multiple levels: organization, team, project, file, and prototype.

The following specifications apply to the Enterprise plan:
- You can invite members or guests. Guest refers to anyone in the organization that doesn't have a company email, and may have limited access to the organization.
- Viewer restrictions: Prevent viewers from copying, sharing, or exporting file content.
- Password protection: Add a password to restrict access to shared files.
- Organization admins can disable public link sharing for the organization. This prevents people outside the organization from accessing files via link sharing.
- From the advanced share settings, you can toggle whether organization members can discover files via search in the file browser. If discovery is disabled, members need a direct link or invitation to the file, team, or project.
- Draft files are always private until you share them. You can invite collaborators to your draft files with either
